Carrots Lab in Barcelona seeks a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own performance across Google and Meta Ads, and to expand into ASA/ASO and organic TikTok. You will engineer conversion signals with the data team and drive a repeatable, capital-efficient acquisition engine.

You will partner with the data team to optimize events, build Looker dashboards, and pilot channel expansion including ASO and TikTok activities.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on budgets of €100k+/month across Google Ads + Meta Ads for consumer subscription apps.
• Proven Meta Ads experience with mobile apps (creative testing, audiences, value optimization, ATT/SKAdNetwork-aware measurement).
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads for apps including search intent, RSAs, negatives, and event/goal design for app flows.
• MMP proficiency with AppsFlyer (or Adjust), including in-app event mapping, SKAdNetwork/ATT constraints, and cost ingestion.
• Strong data-driven decision making with dashboards and cohort/LTV analysis.

Responsabilités

• Build, launch, and scale Google Search campaigns for multiple apps (non-UAC with deep links).
• Design, launch, and scale Meta campaigns (structure, testing matrix, bidding).
• Collaborate with Data Analyst to test proxy events and predicted LTV.
• Run ASA pilots; own ASO roadmap (keywords, store listings, creative iterations).
• Manage a creator-outreach intern for TikTok organic/UGC partnerships.
• Lead weekly growth reviews with insights, actions, and budget reallocations.
