Jobgether SRL in Spain is seeking a User Acquisition Specialist to own paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms. You will manage campaign setup, testing, optimization, and performance analysis for multiple client accounts, working remotely with international teams.

You should bring 2–4 years of paid media experience, especially with Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, and a track record of handling seven-figure budgets.

Formación

• 2–4 years of paid media experience, preferably in an agency or consumer app business.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta advertising is essential.
• Experience across TikTok and Google Ads is highly valuable.
• Proven experience managing accounts with seven-figure annual media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate insights into optimization strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end paid media management across Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms, including setup, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotation and optimization.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts with focus on performance and scalable growth.
• Monitor CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback period, retention and other metrics.
• Analyze campaign performance and diagnose changes due to creative fatigue, audience shifts, funnel changes, attribution challenges, or market factors.
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across audiences, creatives, bidding, budgets and structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency, campaign performance and scalability of client programs.
• Maintain account hygiene, naming conventions, UTM integrity, QA checks and documentation.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and growth managers to connect insights with media decisions.
• Use proprietary tech and data to identify growth opportunities and scale budgets.
• Prepare clear performance insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create presentations and communicate campaign performance and growth opportunities in client meetings.
