Ruby Labs Ltd in Spain is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to lead growth marketing across Meta and Snapchat. You will run daily campaigns, optimize funnels, and manage budgets to drive ROAS and CPA targets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in performance marketing, experience with worldwide campaigns, and strong analytical skills to turn data into action. You will partner with Creative Managers to test and scale winning concepts.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
• Experience with worldwide campaigns and budget management.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and optimize ROI.

Aufgaben

• Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta & Snapchat, covering multiple funnels.
• Adapt creatives and optimize ad sets with bids and budgets.
• Own testing creatives for Snapchat and adapt from Meta; analyze performance and deliver reports.
• Identify trends and insights to improve campaigns and ROI.
• Develop lookalike/audience campaigns and target based on interests.
• Collaborate with Creative Managers to test and scale top concepts.
• Maintain disciplined account structure, testing frameworks, and scaling logic.
