Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for the Hugo robotic system and DS1. You will provide remote technical support to healthcare professionals, startups and field engineers across EMEA, with occasional onsite training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering, with 4+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 2+ years, or a medical degree with technical skills.
Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment.
Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Experience analyzing technical issues for continuous improvement.
Experience with software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE as a technical liaison.
Drive escalation to resolve issues, initiating field service when needed.
Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
Perform technical activities with judgment and own continuous improvement projects.
Ensure documentation and system entries are complete promptly.
Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
