Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support Hugo robotic systems and DS1 across EMEA. The role requires strong technical acumen, cross-country collaboration, and excellent communication with health care professionals, SUS, and field service engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with relevant experience or a medical degree with technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation to resolve customer issues and arrange field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own continuous improvement projects and ensure documentation is complete.
• Focus on remote support with occasional on-site training domestically and internationally.
• Work within regular hours 8:00–16:30 CET; participate in on-call duties 7:00–19:00.
