Job summary
Medtronic in Europe, Middle East and Africa seeks a full-time remote Technical Service Specialist for the Hugo robotic-assisted system and the DS1 AI platform. You will support Health Care Professionals, SUS and FSEs, explaining complex issues from operating room environments and driving continuous improvement.
You will work 8:00–16:30 CET with on-call hours; requires engineering degree and fluency in Portuguese, English, and Italian.
Qualifications
- Degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering or medical degree with technical skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
- Experience with robotics or motion control in capital equipment.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with software troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
- Escalate and coordinate field service when needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot complex service requests.
- Perform technical activities with ownership of improvements and documentation.
- Primarily remote support with periodic onsite training across regions.
- adhere to 8:00–16:30 CET and on-call 7:00–19:00 rotation.
