Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 platform within the EMEA region. You will provide high-level remote support to healthcare professionals, start-up specialists, and field service engineers, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires strong technical communication, multi-country collaboration, and experience with operating room environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with relevant experience
• Advanced degree with 2+ years relevant experience or medical degree with technical skills

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo and DS1.
• Lead escalation to field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Own continuous improvement projects and ensure documentation is complete.
• Support remote work with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
• Work hours 8:00–16:30 CET; on-call 7AM–7PM rotates.
