Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Services Specialist for its Surgical Robotics portfolio across EMEA. The role focuses on supporting the Hugo robotic system and the DS1 AI-powered surgical video analytics platform, communicating complex issues to healthcare professionals, SUS, and FSE.

You will collaborate with fellow specialists, drive issue escalation, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian required (C1/C2).
• Engineering degree with extensive technical experience or medical degree with relevant skills.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo robotic system and DS1 platform to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Lead escalation processes and coordinate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other tech specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own continuous improvement projects and ensure timely documentation.
