Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and DS1 across Europe. The role demands strong communication skills to explain complex technical issues to healthcare professionals, SUS and FSE in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Master's in Biomedical, Electrical or Mechanical engineering or a medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Escalate issues and coordinate field service when needed.
• Troubleshoot complex service requests with other specialists.
• Own continuous improvement projects and document promptly.
• Ensure all documentation/system entries are complete.
• Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
