Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies during RFP/bid cycles. You will bridge Sales, Medical, and Operations, guiding projects from strategy through execution and supporting sales teams throughout BD processes.

Ideal candidates bring oncology experience, GCP/ICH knowledge, and strong leadership to drive value in a global CRO setting while coordinating across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in life sciences with global clinical research experience.
• Experience delivering operational delivery and drug development in oncology.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH regulations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Operations to craft compelling, feasible proposals.
• Scan market trends to develop long-term implementation strategies.
• Ensure project budgets meet financial goals including Gross New Business.
• Mentor Project Leaders to present strategy to clients and stakeholders.
• Support bid defense meetings and client presentations.
