Job summary

IQVIA in Spain seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to craft and execute delivery strategies during the RFP/Bid Defense cycle. You will align Sales, Medical, and Operations to deliver tailored, compelling proposals and ensure smooth project execution across teams.

Ideal candidates have CRO experience, oncology focus, and strong leadership with fluency in English and Mandarin. Lead and mentor teams, manage budgets, and drive value for clients and IQVIA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level life sciences degree with global clinical research experience, oncology focus.
• Experience in CRO industry and operational delivery is required.
• Strong understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement delivery strategies for RFP/Bid Defense cycles.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations to create compelling proposals.
• Lead and mentor project leaders to present strategy to clients and stakeholders.
• Guide teams to leverage data and external research with internal sources.
• Support sales in customer meetings and bid defenses; attend client meetings as needed.
• Identify quality issues and drive corrective actions; manage budgets and goals.
