IQVIA seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies during the RFP/Bid Defense cycle. You will bridge Sales, Medical, and Operations to ensure successful project execution and support sales throughout the business development process.

You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and guide project delivery while training the project team and supporting bid defenses. A strong CRO background and clinical research knowledge are required.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of the biopharma landscape and clinical operations.
• Experience in CRO environments and drug development processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, medical and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations and other functions to design tailored project strategies that differentiate IQVIA.
• Scan market and regulatory landscapes to develop long-term implementation plans.
• Understand current and future market trends affecting delivery strategies.
• Lead project teams to present strategies to clients and stakeholders.
• Leverage internal and external data to build robust project strategies.
• Coach Project Leaders to articulate strategies during client meetings.
• Support Sales in customer and bid defense meetings and trainings.
• Attend and lead or participate in defense and customer meetings as needed.
• Identify quality issues and drive corrective actions and issue escalation.
• Ensure budgets meet financial goals including Gross New Business.
