IQVIA seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies for RFP/Bid Defense in collaboration with Sales, Medical, and Operations. You will bridge teams to craft compelling proposals and guide delivery for successful projects.

You will mentor a Project Leader, support client meetings, and ensure strategies align with budgets and goals. A life sciences degree and CRO exposure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences and global clinical research experience.
• Experience in CRO industry and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong leadership and orchestration across sales, medical and operations.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations to craft strategy and proposals.
• Develop long-term delivery strategies to maximize value and growth.
• Guide and mentor project leaders for client presentations and defense meetings.
