Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies across the RFP/Bid Defense cycle. You’ll bridge sales, medical and operations to ensure strategic execution and support business development.

You’ll analyze market and regulatory landscapes, lead a virtual team, mentor project leaders, and drive data-informed decisions to maximize value and ensure successful bids.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of scientific, clinical operations, real world, regulatory, operational, commercial and competitive landscape.
• Global biopharma industry knowledge and drug development lifecycle.
• GCP and ICH regulatory requirements understanding.
• Strong business acumen with negotiating skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Prior CRO industry experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical and Operations to craft tailor-made strategies for proposals.
• Develop long-term implementation strategies considering market findings.
• Monitor market trends affecting strategic delivery and projects.
• Champion project centricity across the organization for awarded work.
• Leverage data to build and refine project strategy with internal/external sources.
• Mentor Project Leader to present strategy to client and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in customer meetings and bid defense preparation.
• Attend or lead bid meetings and customer discussions as required.
• Identify quality issues and guide resolution with corrective actions.
• Ensure project budgets meet financial goals including gross new business.
