Keycafe is seeking a Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into high-quality meetings for our Account Executive team. You will be the first contact for prospective customers across Europe and the Spanish-speaking markets, helping drive revenue growth for our SaaS/IoT platform.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication with decision-makers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative remote

Formación

• Proven work experience in sales (B2B preferred).
• Experience qualifying prospects and meeting sales quotas.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
• Strong phone presence and confidence handling inbound inquiries.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone and email.
• Make follow-up calls to warm prospects across Europe.
• Communicate professionally with customers in both Spanish and English.
• Qualify inbound inquiries and assess business fit.
• Navigate organizations to identify decision-makers.
• Present Keycafe's value proposition clearly and confidently.
• Craft persuasive follow-up emails that drive engagement.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
