Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new customers and guiding them through the initial stages of product adoption.
• Proactively engaging with customers to understand their goals and challenges.
• Providing timely and effective support via email, phone, and video conferencing.
• Identifying potential issues and proactively offering solutions to prevent churn.
• Gathering customer feedback and relaying it to product and sales teams for improvement.
• Educating customers on new features and best practices to maximize value.
• Monitoring customer health metrics and taking appropriate action.
