Cocunat in Barcelona seeks a Performance Creative Strategist to drive the creative learning cycle—analysis, diagnosis, iteration, and prioritization. You will own creative work from briefing to sign-off, coordinating with design and video editors to deliver high-impact assets.

You will translate data into actionable directions, optimize messaging, hooks, and formats, and stay ahead with AI-enhanced workflows.

Formación

2–4 years of experience in creative strategy, growth creative, or performance marketing focused on paid social.
Strong command of Meta Ads Manager for analysis and breakdowns.
Proven ability to read a creative as a system and connect it to the numbers.
Strong creative judgement and ability to defend decisions beyond data.

Responsabilidades

Creative performance analysis on Meta: review live creatives and metrics to understand patterns.
Diagnose performance by messaging angle, hook, format, and audience.
Define next steps and prioritize the creative pipeline.
Benchmark against top performers and translate insights into opportunities for Cocunat.
Create briefs with clear hypotheses and analyze outcomes to feed learnings.
Coordinate end-to-end with video editors and designers.
Refine copy to feel native to the platform and brand voice.
Design and document creative A/B tests with defined hypotheses.
