Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing).
• Identify and implement growth hacking strategies to accelerate user acquisition and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance and user experience.
• Analyze marketing data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Build and manage the company's online presence and brand reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in growth hacking and user acquisition.
• Extensive experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Experience with A/B testing platforms and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer journey mapping.
