Cognizant is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect (SPM & Telco) to lead platform design, integration architecture, and technology strategy for strategic portfolios in the telecommunications sector. The role is remote within Spain or Portugal, with a chance to influence global delivery.

You will mentor teams, drive client success, and stay at the forefront of ServiceNow capabilities while collaborating with international colleagues in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years experience in General Consulting, Service Management, or Software Development.
• 3+ years experience in project/portfolio management implementations or PMO consulting roles.
• 2+ years experience with telecommunications clients or telco environment.
• Bachelor-level degree in CS/IT; post-graduate degree a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership on platform design, integration architecture, and technology strategy.
• Lead and mentor developers and architects across disciplines.
• Design, document, and communicate the integration approach for all components.
• Research, analyze, and propose solutions addressing business needs across service lines.
• Educate clients and negotiate technical solutions aligned to context.
• Deliver a high-quality, value-adding client experience in every interaction.
• Escalate technical decisions when needed and ensure artefacts meet quality standards.
• Support scoping of new opportunities and design tools for efficient delivery.
• Build high-performing delivery teams and provide coaching to engineers.
