Cognizant is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect specialising in Strategic Portfolio Management for the Telco sector. You'll lead platform design, integration architecture, and technology strategy, guiding internal teams and clients to scalable, high-quality solutions.

Remote work within Spain is supported with ongoing learning and career growth opportunities. Requirements include 5+ years on ServiceNow, CIS-SPM, CSA, and a background in consulting or PMO plus strong English;

Formación

• Senior level with 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform and architecture leadership.
• 5+ years in consulting, service management, or software development; telco experience preferred.
• 3+ years in project/portfolio management implementations or PMO roles.
• CSA and CIS-SPM certifications required; additional CIS certifications and CMA/CTA are plus.
• Strong English (B2+) for client-facing work; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership on platform design, integration architecture, and strategy.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary delivery teams across domains.
• Design integration approaches and document architectural components.
• Evaluate solutions and educate clients on best-fit technical options.
• Maintain high-quality artefacts and oversee delivery quality.
