Job summary

Camunda is seeking a Senior Partner Director to drive partner-led growth across Iberia and LATAM. You will work with global and regional partners, build joint plans, and translate strategy into named accounts and actions.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to generate pipeline and revenue through partner channels. You will own the regional execution, enablement, and governance of partner opportunities, escalate conflicts early, and travel within your region as needed

Qualifications

• Experience building partner revenue in enterprise software ecosystems.
• Strong collaboration with sales, partners, and global teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with ability to operate across Iberia and LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional partner plan for Iberia and LATAM and align with global strategy.
• Own target accounts, joint planning, and partner engagement to drive pipeline.
• Manage partner activation, enablement, and attribution within CRM and sales processes.
• Coordinate partner events, marketing, and cross-functional pursuit teams.
