Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Regional Services Senior Manager - Iberia to lead its services business (Consulting, Learning and Technical Account Management) end-to-end in Iberia within the Southern Europe region. You will drive revenue, margin, and utilization, while guiding a team of People Managers and Project Managers across Spain and Portugal.

You will collaborate with Sales, GTM Architects and Partners to align offerings with country plans, forecast bookings, and ensure profitable delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in delivering strategic consulting services and driving client success.
• Experience building and leading a business team in a matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of the software professional services model and growth environments.
• Proven ability to manage project-based revenue reporting and profit targets.
• Track record of leading complex projects and talent development within a team.
• Ability to articulate value propositions and lead consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for services delivery including revenue, margin, and utilization.
• Grow bookings and revenue by identifying and delivering new projects.
• Forecast bookings and revenue weekly for the services business.
• Provide regular financial reports with revenue forecasts.
• Oversee the services sales process from lead to deal closure.
• Act as executive sponsor through the customer journey and engagements.
• Represent Red Hat Services in country leadership teams.
• Manage SoW approval, pricing, and contract terms.
