Leybold is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth by applying technical expertise and understanding customer needs. The role is fully remote within the Basque Country, with a customer center in Spain, and involves collaborating with engineering and product teams to execute sales strategies.

Ideal candidates have engineering training, 2–3 years of field sales experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and a willingness to travel. Basque knowledge is a plus, with SAP/MS Office skills preferred.

Formación

• Degree in engineering / science or technical background.
• Very good level of Spanish and English; Basque would be a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years field sales experience.
• Knowledge in vacuum technology preferred.
• Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP preferred).
• Availability to travel.
• To be able to work autonomously and in a structured way.
• Team work spirit.
• Strong communication skills.
• Resident in Basque Country.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.
