This remote role offers flexibility to work from home, with occasional travel and collaboration with a global IT/travel team to drive growth. We value initiative, communication and a collaborative mindset while delivering measurable performance.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience in a Travel Agency/DMC.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages a bonus.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity, self-initiative and independence.
• Great communication skills and ability to progress opportunities to close contracts.

Aufgaben

• Develop a sales strategy with management and the sales team to reach goals.
• Target and build honest relationships with potential customers.
• Help potential customers discover their needs and how we can deliver value.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation.
• Successfully sell digital solutions and services via consultative selling.
• Prepare approaches, proposals and communications tailored to client needs.
• Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure target achievement.
• Organize industry events and represent Travel Ray.
• Support and educate clients; use CRM to improve relationships and create reports.
• Create reports to measure productivity.
