Job summary

KuoniTumlare is seeking a results-driven sales professional based in Spain to drive business from Spain and Portugal, strengthen loyalty among the existing portfolio, and grow active client revenue. You will lead RFPs, coordinate pricing, documentation, and internal validations while collaborating with internal teams to deliver feasible offers.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Tourism and Travel Business
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Sales-driven and commercially minded
• Experience in inbound travel in Europe is an asset

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue RFPs; manage full proposal process with data, pricing, and compliance checks
• Draft, structure and submit high-quality proposals within deadlines
• Follow up with clients to clarify requirements and improve win rates
• Promote KuoniTumlare services in Spain and Portugal to build active and potential client portfolios
• Provide reports to GM after each sales trip, workshop or fair
• Maintain and update CRM with leads, quotes and opportunities
• Ensure revenue control and contracting processes for confirmed groups
