Job summary

Huzzle is hiring a Remote Business Development Representative to join a high-performing B2B tech/SaaS sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates seeking remote sales roles and to build a career in outbound B2B sales, SaaS lead generation, and client engagement.

As a BDR, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying B2B SaaS opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and building a strong pipeline for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in B2B sales, SaaS, lead generation or SDR/BDR roles.
• Proven outbound prospecting experience in tech or SaaS environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and qualify high-quality B2B SaaS leads for new opportunities.
• Engage with decision-makers and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to optimize outbound messaging.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly pipeline KPIs.
