Beewise, a leader in Hostelería y Turismo, seeks a Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue optimization from a fully remote position. You will shape pricing, inventory, and forecasting across a hotel portfolio, driving profitability and market responsiveness.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive RMS/PMS experience, strong analytics, and proven remote team leadership to elevate multi-property revenue strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in revenue management within the hotel industry, with a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability in multi-property hotel environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to forecast demand.
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies across all distribution channels.
• Manage inventory and room allocations to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies.
• Oversee the implementation and use of revenue management systems and tools.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights to senior management.
• Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and pricing policies.
• Mentor and develop junior revenue management analysts.
