Job summary

Ethos, a leading hospitality group, seeks an experienced Director of Revenue Management to drive optimization across a multi-property hotel portfolio. This fully remote executive role emphasizes pricing, inventory control, and forecasting to maximize revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in revenue management within hotels, strong RMS/PMS expertise, and fluency in Spanish and English. Remote leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years in revenue management within hotels, with leadership experience.
Expert knowledge of RMS, PMS, and channel managers.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to forecast demand accurately.
Implement dynamic pricing across all distribution channels.
Manage inventory and room allocations to maximize revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies.
Oversee RMS and tools implementation and usage.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights to senior management.
Identify new revenue streams and upsell opportunities.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and pricing policies.
Mentor and develop junior RM analysts.
