Job summary

Veriff is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue optimization for a multi-property hotel portfolio in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive RM experience in hospitality, with leadership in multi-property settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for senior leadership.
• 8+ years in revenue management within hotels, with leadership experience.
• Strong RMS, PMS and channel manager knowledge; Spanish and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Forecast demand using market trends and historical data.
• Implement dynamic pricing across distribution channels.
• Manage inventory and room allocations to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Oversee RMS tools and ensure effective use.
• Provide performance insights to senior management.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, upsell and cross-sell.
• Ensure brand and pricing policy compliance.
• Mentor junior revenue management analysts.
