Veriff is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing, inventory, and forecasting for a portfolio of hotel properties in a fully remote capacity. This executive role focuses on maximizing occupancy and ADR through sophisticated strategies and RMS technology.

The ideal candidate holds a deep understanding of hospitality market dynamics, 8+ years in revenue management, and a proven track record of driving revenue and profitability across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive revenue management experience in hospitality, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue in multi-property hotel environments.
• Expert knowledge of RMS, PMS and channel managers.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of Hostelería y Turismo market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to forecast demand.
• Implement dynamic pricing across all distribution channels.
• Manage inventory and room allocations to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies.
• Oversee the implementation and effective use of RMS and tools.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and pricing policies.
• Mentor and develop junior revenue management analysts.
