Veriff is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing, inventory, and forecasting initiatives for a multi-property hotel portfolio in a fully remote capacity. This executive role focuses on maximizing occupancy, ADR, and profitability through sophisticated RMS tools and data-driven strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in hotel revenue management, strong leadership of remote teams, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue management within hotels, with leadership experience.
• Proven multi-property profitability and revenue growth.
• Expert RMS, PMS, and distribution/channel knowledge.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Forecast demand using market trends and data.
• Implement dynamic pricing across distribution channels.
• Manage inventory and room allocations for revenue gains.
• Lead RMS implementations and analytics reporting.
