Ethos is seeking a strategic Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue optimization for a multi-property hotel portfolio from a fully remote position. The role demands advanced analytics, forecasting, and pricing expertise to maximize occupancy, ADR, and profitability across the brand.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in hotel revenue management, proven leadership of remote teams, and strong knowledge of RMS, PMS, and channel managers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Admin, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 8+ years in revenue management within hospitality with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record driving revenue and profitability in multi-property environments.
• Expert knowledge of RMS, PMS and channel managers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and historical data to forecast demand.
• Implement dynamic pricing across distribution channels.
• Manage inventory and room allocations to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies.
• Oversee RMS and tools implementation and usage.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Identify new revenue streams and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and pricing policies.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts.
