The ideal candidate has 8+ years in hospitality revenue management with leadership responsibilities, strong analytics, and proficiency in RMS, PMS, and channel managers. English and Spanish fluency is required.

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR

• Implement dynamic pricing across distribution channels
• Manage inventory and room allocations to maximize revenue
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies
• Oversee RMS and related tools to ensure accuracy
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to senior management
• Identify new revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and pricing policies
• Mentor and develop junior revenue management analysts
