Veriff is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing, inventory, and forecasting for a hotel portfolio in a fully remote role. The position emphasizes strategic oversight, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize revenue and profitability across properties.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in hotel revenue management, expertise with RMS/PMS and channel managers, and proven leadership of remote teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; Master's preferred.
8+ years in revenue management within hotel industry, leadership experience.
Proven track record driving revenue and profitability in multi‑property environments.
Expert knowledge of RMS, PMS, and channel managers.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and history to forecast demand.
Implement dynamic pricing across distribution channels.
Manage inventory and room allocations to maximize revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies.
Oversee RMS and tools implementation and usage.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights to senior management.
Identify new revenue streams and upselling opportunities.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and pricing policies.
Mentor and develop junior RM analysts.
