Veriff is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Management for a fully remote senior role within the hospitality sector. You will lead pricing, inventory control, and forecasting across a hotel portfolio to maximize occupancy and ADR while driving profitability.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in revenue management, strong analytics, and a proven history of leading remote teams. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in revenue management within hospitality, with leadership experience.
• Proven RMS, PMS, and channel manager expertise; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to forecast demand.
• Implement dynamic pricing across distribution channels.
• Manage inventory and room allocations to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies.
• Oversee RMS and tools implementation and usage.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights to senior management.
• Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and pricing policies.
• Mentor and develop junior revenue management analysts.
