Veriff is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing, inventory, and forecasting for a multi-property hotel portfolio in a fully remote capacity. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in hospitality revenue management, strong RMS/PMS knowledge, and proven leadership of remote teams, with fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or economics.
• Master's degree preferred for leadership roles.
• 8+ years in revenue management within hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and historical data to forecast demand.
• Implement dynamic pricing across distribution channels.
• Manage inventory and room allocations to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies.
• Lead RMS/PMS implementations and tools usage.
• Provide senior management with regular performance insights.
• Identify new revenue streams and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure pricing policies and brand standards are followed.
• Mentor junior revenue management analysts.
