YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Sales/Revenue/CS Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. You will optimize CRM configurations (Salesforce, HubSpot), manage revenue tools, and improve workflows across SaaS environments.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations, with hands-on CRM experience and strong data reporting. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication; focus on data accuracy and workflow management.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.
• Create clear documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
• Support system adoption and operational improvements.
