YO AI Labs is actively seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert for a remote engagement. You will optimize CRM-driven workflows, ensure data accuracy, and deliver robust reporting across SaaS environments as part of revenue operations.

Requirements include 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or CS Ops, hands-on CRM configuration, and experience with multiple revenue tools outside the CRM. Strong communication and data governance are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong communication and data accuracy, reporting, and workflow skills.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.
• Create clear documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
• Support system adoption and operational improvements.
