YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert to optimize CRM-driven workflows across SaaS environments in a remote contractor capacity. The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting, and revenue operations, collaborating with sales and customer success teams.

You will configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, oversee revenue tools beyond the CRM, and build scalable processes with clear documentation to drive performance.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication and data reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.
• Create clear documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
• Support system adoption and operational improvements.
