Jobgether seeks a Senior Product Designer – Growth/Website to own conversion-focused experiences across a global website and landing pages. You will drive experiments from discovery to measurement, combining visual storytelling with data-driven decisions to improve engagement and conversions.

You will collaborate with growth, marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams, developing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and iterating based on results in a fully remote role across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in product design with end-to-end website ownership.
• CRO, A/B testing, and experimentation methodologies.
• Ability to develop hypotheses and measure outcomes.
• Strong UI/visual design skills with systems thinking.
• Storytelling and clear design communication to stakeholders.
• Experience using analytics to link performance data to insights.

Aufgaben

• Own website and landing page conversion initiatives end-to-end.
• Define experiments, hypotheses, success metrics, and priorities.
• Design, prototype, launch, and evaluate A/B tests.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, product, analytics, and eng.
• Communicate value of features through visual storytelling.
• Plan experiments with PMs, engineers, data analysts, and marketers.
