Jobgether is seeking a Product Owner (Matchmaking) based in Spain to shape the post-purchase journey for paying users. You will own opportunities, define hypotheses, launch experiments, and measure results across product, data, engineering, and design to improve activation, personalization, and engagement.

In this remote-first role, you will optimize recommendations, identify segmentation strategies, and drive meaningful connections for users in their first days on the platform.

Qualificações

• Experience in a B2C product role focusing on customer experience and onboarding.
• Proven ability to design the post-purchase journey and improve activation.
• Negotiation and prioritization in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Experience with discovery and relevance in large catalogs or match-based products.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, designers, and data scientists.

Responsabilidades

• Own the post-purchase customer journey, driving activation and meaningfully improving matches.
• Improve matching relevance and ensure a healthy volume of options for users.
• Increase engagement and successful first-week matches.
• Design engagement mechanisms like nudges and reminders to boost conversations.
• Leverage segmentation and enriched data to boost recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities from metrics, feedback, and research.
• Define hypotheses, success metrics, and actionable requirements.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineers, designers, and data scientists.
• Plan and run experiments, evaluating results and iterating to maximize impact.
• Continuously improve the customer experience with data-driven decisions.
