Job summary

Playtomic Inc is seeking a Customer Care Specialist based in Spain to support users in Spain, including players and sports clubs, through live chat and email.

You will resolve issues, report bugs, collaborate with country managers and teams, stay updated on product changes, and ensure compliance with policies while driving customer satisfaction and product improvements. Remote work flexibility offered.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English.
• Experience in customer service roles, preferably in SaaS.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-related customer support practices is a plus.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented mindset and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email for players and sports clubs.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify and report bugs and feedback.
• Work with country managers, Customer Success, marketing, and other departments.
• Stay updated on product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
• Adhere to company policies, privacy, security, and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify common issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
