Core Code io in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Support Agent to assist customers across email, chat, phone and other channels, delivering accurate solutions and a positive experience.

You will use strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving to address inquiries, escalate when needed, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey.

A reliable remote setup and good command of English for English-speaking customers are preferred.
