Jobgether is partnering to hire a VIP Account Manager based in Spain for an international iGaming setting. You will manage relationships with high-value players, deliver personalized support, and drive retention and reactivation initiatives across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with Payments, Support, Risk, and other teams to resolve complex issues, explain promotions, and keep CRM records up to date. Remote work is offered with a focus on high-quality player experience.

Formación

• Experience in customer support or account management.
• Experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or premium/VIP customer service is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English and Italian for daily communication.
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian for communication with the wider team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming communications from VIP and pre-VIP players through live chat, email, and messaging platforms.
• Act as the primary point of contact when players enter the VIP program and establish a strong initial relationship.
• Build and maintain personalized, long-term relationships with VIP players.
• Deliver high-quality customer support and manage player issues through to resolution.
• Manage assigned player segments and execute campaign follow-ups, targeted outreach, and feedback collection.
• Monitor player behavior and identify retention risks or changes in engagement.
• Proactively contact players when intervention is required and reactivate inactive VIP players.
• Communicate personalized bonuses, promotions, and exclusive offers in line with the VIP strategy.
• Collaborate with Payments, Support, Risk, and other teams to resolve complex issues.
• Make outbound calls to strengthen communication and support VIP relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and preferences.
• Monitor activity and performance data to identify retention opportunities.
• Meet KPIs related to retention, reactivation, deposits, and engagement.
