Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead (User Acquisition) based in Spain to drive growth across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin and other channels. You will own paid campaigns, manage large budgets, optimize CAC, ROAS and LTV, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams to craft data-driven campaigns.

You will design experiments, leverage attribution tools, analyze cohorts, and expand campaigns into new markets while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Experience with paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin
• Ability to manage large advertising budgets and hit CAC/ROAS targets
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics, attribution, and payback periods
• Experience with mobile gaming or consumer mobile apps preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin and other platforms.
• Manage and allocate large advertising budgets based on CAC, ROAS, LTV and payback periods.
• Monitor campaign performance, funnels, and cohorts to identify optimization opportunities.
• Design experiments across audiences, bidding, landing pages, and creative formats to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC.
• Collaborate with creative/marketing teams to test and refine concepts using performance insights.
• Measure acquisition effectiveness through attribution platforms and cohort analysis.
• Develop strategies to expand campaigns across multiple markets while maintaining profitability.
• Scale successful campaigns within targets and ensure measurable business impact.
• Make data-driven decisions on budget allocation, targeting, and channel performance.
• Take ownership of campaign execution and ongoing optimization.
