Jobgether is seeking a People Operations Specialist based in Spain to support HR operations in an international, fully remote setting. You will handle onboarding, employee support, documentation, and verifications while collaborating with People, Talent, IT, and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR/talent coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills with trackers and records.
• Proactive mindset with ownership of routine tasks.
• Excellent communication and service orientation.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Willingness to learn new HR systems and processes.
• Ability to work with distributed or international teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day employee support and track requests, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate onboarding with Talent, IT, and hiring managers to ensure smooth first day.
• Process employment verifications following established procedures.
• Administer background checks and escalate findings to decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and documents.
• Draft and organize routine HR documents under guidance of People Operations Lead.
• Monitor trackers, deadlines, and identify delays or gaps before escalation.
• Contribute to employee lifecycle projects and process improvements.
