Job summary

Devop.One is seeking a Senior Candidate Recruiter for Spain to join a 100% remote team. You will partner with clients to define hiring objectives, design tailored recruitment stages, and manage end-to-end candidate evaluation and negotiation.

You will source actively using social media and databases, screen applicants, and present top profiles for final decision-making. The role emphasizes strong interviewing skills, market knowledge, and a global, flexible workflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter.
• Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities;
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries;
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion;
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed;
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships;
• Contribute to further development, change management in the company;
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
