Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding & Member Success Coach based in Spain to help new members get started confidently on a digital learning platform. You will guide corporate client employees through personalized onboarding sessions, introduce them to training opportunities and platform features, and foster an engaging first experience.

You will communicate with members, tailor guidance, follow up proactively, and help them identify courses that match their development goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage users and build relationships.
• Customer-oriented mindset with genuine interest in helping people access learning opportunities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to take initiative and follow through.
• Basic technical proficiency and confidence using digital platforms and online tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different learning needs.
• Nice to have: coaching, onboarding, training, customer support, or member success experience.
• Nice to have: familiarity with LMS, HR tech, SaaS, or digital training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct short, personalized onboarding sessions with new members.
• Guide users through the platform and identify relevant training courses.
• Encourage engagement and activation by guiding exploration of resources and booking training sessions.
• Serve as primary contact for members during onboarding with timely guidance and support.
• Adapt communication to individual learning preferences and challenges.
• Provide actionable onboarding feedback to improve the experience.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment.
