Job summary

Virtuagym, a leading digital health & fitness SaaS provider, seeks a Customer Onboarding Consultant to drive success for our DACH and international clients. You will onboard new customers, provide tailored software guidance, and foster long-term engagement across multiple markets.

This remote-from-Spain role offers autonomy, 1:1 sessions, and the chance to contribute to high customer retention and growth with a global team.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German (native).
Prior experience with managing client communication, from call center, hospitality, events;
You easily connect with people;
You feel comfortable working with a lot of freedom and autonomy, ready to take responsibility and are ready to thrive working remotely;
You are a true problem solver with great emphatic skills;
You’re a fast learner and tech savvy;
Strong organization and time management skills and ability to think outside the box.

Responsibilities

Onboard your own portfolio of starting clients and advise in software implementation from A to Z.
Host 1:1 consulting sessions with clients.
Engage and motivate clients to use the software and expand the customer base.
Ensure highest possible customer satisfaction through follow-up and issue resolution.
