Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing or related field.
• Associate networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry level experience in networking technologies and remote client support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support and incident resolution to clients.
• Investigate problems, collect statistics and generate reports.
• Follow procedures to maintain SLA targets and service delivery.
• Log incidents, coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain configuration items and protect assets from changes.
